When you expand all the tasks and shrink the screen by either resizing the window or opening debug tools, you can see the child content spilling over the region.

There's also no scroll bars to navigate to the other content.

Also, the space between the bottom of the screen and the bottom border of the content seems to grow as the vertical height of the screen grows.

Proposed solution:
Mask the area outside the box so that it's not visible unless it's inside the container.

Add a scroll bar

The padding / margin at the bottom should be consistent.
